Mubasher: ​The value of Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate’s portfolio has exceeded KWD 55 million, especially after the company has exited a project in Oman, the CEO and deputy chairman, Abdul Rahman Al Terkait, said, according to Al Anba Newspaper.

The portfolio value is distributed as 95% locally and 5% outside Kuwait, namely in the UK, Al Terkait added.

Al Terkait noted that the properties owned by Arkan Al Kuwait are occupied by more than 92% despite the decrease in occupation volume in Kuwait’s estate market; this high rate of occupation is attributed to being located in distinctive areas.
