Mubasher: National Investments Co has received approximately $8.15 million as a first installment from exiting a residential project in a portfolio in the U.S., according to a bourse statement on Monday.

The financial impact of this transaction cannot be determined in the current time, National Investments said.

It added that the company will later disclose the delivery of the final installment.

At the stock level, National Investments closed Monday’s session 1.9% higher at 98.8 fils.
