Saudi car rental business to be Saudised as of next Sunday

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Labour Ministry has announced that car rental outlets all over the kingdom will be Saudised starting from next Sunday, 1 Rajab 1439 (18 March 2018).

The decision of nationalising jobs at car rental outlets will include accounting, supervision, sales, and receiving and delivery, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday, citing the ministry’s spokesman Khalid Aba Al-Khail.

Labour and social development organization in the kingdom will be providing youth with the required training for nationalisation, in addition to electronic training through Doroob, he added.

Inspection teams will impose fines on violating workplaces; the fine will be doubled in case the violation repeated after applying the law, he indicated.
