Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s (ADCB) ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the distribution of AED 5.198 billion in cash dividends, with a per-share dividend of AED 0.42, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

The approved dividends make up 42% of the bank’s capital, ADCB added.

The Abu Dhabi-listed bank posted a 3% year-on-year increase in net profits during the full-year 2017, registering AED 4.3 billion.
