Riyadh – Mubasher: Eastern Province Cement on Wednesday announced that its board recommended distributing SAR 86 million in cash dividends for the year ended 31 December 2017.

The board recommended a per-share dividend of SAR 1, representing 10% of the share face value, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who own the shares on the day of the general assembly meeting and registered in the Securities Depository Center on the closing of next trading day after the general assembly meeting, the statement showed. 

The payment date will be announced later, the clinker and cement producer said.
