Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties’ unit, Emaar Hospitality, has unveiled 220-key Vida Za’abeel project under its Vida Hotels and Resorts brand.
Located in Za’abeel, a mixed-use development by Emaar and Meraas, the new project comprises a twin-tower development of 70 and 68 storeys, including 220-room Vida Za’abeel hotel and Vida Residences Za’abeel, according to a company statement released on Tuesday.
While Vida Residences Za’abeel is a collection of serviced apartments in one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, the statement showed, giving no further details on the cost of the project or its timeframe.
Emaar Hospitality appoints Vida Hotels and Resorts to operate the hotel and serviced residences, the UAE-based company revealed.
“As a homegrown brand offering a refreshingly different experience for the new generation of business executives, entrepreneurs, and leisure travellers, Vida Hotels and Resorts have set a distinctive niche in Dubai’s hospitality sector,” Emaar Hospitality CEO Olivier Harnisch said.
Vida Residences Za’abeel will incorporate a variety of amenities for its residents including gyms, multi-purpose halls, and indoor kids play areas, along with a total retail area of 3,000 square metres.
“Vida Za’abeel is a significant addition to our portfolio of hotel projects that stands out for its central location and spectacular views of the city’s landmarks,” Harnisch commented.
