Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is interested in acquiring a stake in the Planned West Coast Refinery in India.

ADNOC aims at refining 70 million tons of crude oil through the facility between 2018 and 2019.

The company recently announced plans to move further downstream as it looks to utilise the growing demand for higher value refined and petrochemical products, particularly in economies such as China and Asia in general which are seeing rapid growth.
