Mubasher: The shareholders of Tamdeen Real Estate approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 12% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2017.

Tamdeen Real Estate will pay a cash dividend of 12 fils per share on 10 May to the entitled shareholders of record date on 3 May, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

In FY17, Tamdeen Real Estate achieved an increase of 14.1% in profits to KWD 8.4 million compared to KWD 7.4 million in the prior fiscal year.
