Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Mezzan Holding Co approved the board’s recommendation of distributing 22% of the capital as a cash dividend for fiscal year 2017.

Mezzan will pay 22 fils per share to the entitled shareholders, with a total value of KWD 6.8 million, according to a recent statement.

In FY17, Mezzan posted a decline of 24.7% in profits to KWD 12.94 million compared to KWD 17.18 million in the previous fiscal year.

At the stock level, Mezzan closed Wednesday’s session 0.27% higher at 740 fils.
