Dubai - Mubsher: Dubai Investments Company (DIC) is set to launch a new real estate investment trust (REIT) and list on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM(, according to company’s managing director Khalid Kalban.

The AED 3 billion fund will see more than 45% of its capital provided by DIC, with the remainder provided by its investors through an initial public offering (IPO), and it will include a number of properties and assets across the UAE.

The fund is projected to reach a total value of AED 10 billion in five years, Kalban noted.
