Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels’ (NCTH) general meeting approved the distribution of bonus shares of 10%, or at 1-for-10 basis ratio of the company’s capital for 2017.

Accordingly, the company’s capital will stand at AED 784.44 million after the increase, NCTH said in a bourses filing.

NCTH’s current capital amounts to around AED 680.40 million distributed over 680.40 shares at a par value of AED 1 per share.

The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered by 25 April 2018 on 29 April, the company highlighted in another statement.

It is worth noting that NCTH had previously posted a net profit of AED 103.88 million for the full-year 2017, compared to AED 171.63 million a year earlier.
