Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Finance (MoF) announced that it had completed its sixth domestic sukuk issue under the SAR-denominated sukuk programme.

The total volume of the three-tranche issuance amounted to SAR 5 billion ($1.33 billion), according to the MoF’s statement.

The first tranche stood at SAR 3.8 billion and will be matured in 2023, the ministry said. 

The second tranche reached SAR 750 million and will be matured in 2025, while the third tranche’s volume amounted to SAR 450 million with a due date in 2028.
