The Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) announces suspension of trading shares of National Gas and Industrialization Co. on the Saudi Stock Exchange upon the Company’s request in accordance with the Listing Rules approved by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H, corresponding to 27/12/2017G as it will announce an event. The shares trading suspension will be lifted on Sunday 13/08/1439H, corresponding to 29/04/2018G.
