Riyadh – Mubasher: HSBC said it currently has over 20 investment banking deals and opportunities in its pipeline in Saudi Arabia.

The fiscal year 2018/2019 will be a year of delivering and executing deals, Reuters reported, citing the head of investment banking advisory at HSBC Saudi Arabia Faris AlGhannam as saying on Thursday.

“At HSBC by ourselves we have more than 20 deals in the pipeline and others are equally having a good share,” AlGhannam said during a business conference.

“I think 2018-19 will be actual delivery. We and others will see a lot of [mergers and acquisitions],” he added.
