Mubasher: National Cleaning’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved distributing 5% of the capital as bonus shares for fiscal year 2017.

The company will distribute a total of 12.49 million treasury shares as a bonus for FY17, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

National Cleaning will distribute the dividends to the entitled shareholders.

In FY17, National Cleaning posted an increase of 261.9% in losses to KWD 1.31 million compared to about KWD 362,000 in FY16.

At the stock level, National Cleaning closed Wednesday’s session at 50 fils.
