UPAC profits up 2% in Q1 on higher operating income

Mubasher: United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) achieved a growth of 2.3% in profits during the first quarter of 2018 compared to the same period in the previous year.

Earnings increased to KWD 2.23 million ($7.41 million) in Q1-18 from KWD 2.18 million ($7.24 million) in Q1-17, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

UPAC clarified that the rise in Q1 profits is attributed to higher operating income.
