Mubasher: The board members of Sultan Center Food on 28 May approved the recommendation of increasing the authorised capital by KWD 25 million.

Sultan Center has called for holding an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to raise its authorised capital to KWD 82.88 million from KWD 57.88 million, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

The Boursa Kuwait-listed company noted that no financial impact of approving the capital hike will currently affect Sultan Center’s financial position.
