SABB Takaful announces that the Board of Directors has issued a resolution by circulation on Friday 1st June 2018, Accepting Mr. Mohammed AL Yahya (Independent) resignation from the Board and related committees due to personal reasons. on 31 May 2018, which was accepted on Friday 1st June 2018 effective from 31 July 2018.
