The National Commercial Bank (NCB) announces the completion of selling fractions shares arising out of the bank capital increase based on the approval of the 6th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Tuesday 29-08-1439H as of Um Al Qura, corresponding to 15-05-2018, As following:

1.The total number of shares fractions is 1,264 shares.
2.Fractions shares sold on 15-09-1439H as of Um Al Qura, corresponding to 30-05-2018G with a total value of SAR 57,638.40 by average price SAR 45.60.
3.Amount of the sold fraction shares will be deposited into the eligible shareholders account on 27-09-1439H as of Um Al Qura, corresponding to 11-06-2018G .
4.The Bank will directly deposit fractional shares amount to those shareholders whose account details are available. For shareholders who do not have investment accounts data available or their account details are not complete, can consult the nearest branch of The National Commercial Bank and receive their entitlements after of 27-09-1439H as of Um Al Qura, corresponding to 11-06-2018G.
