Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Boubyan Petrochemical approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 45% of the capital as cash dividends for the fiscal year that ended on 30 April 2018.

Boubyan Petrochemical will pay 45 fils per share dividends for fiscal year ended on 30 April 2018, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

The dividends will be paid on 28 June to the shareholders of record date on 25 June 2018.

During the fiscal year, Boubyan Petrochemical posted a decline of 47.5% in profits to KWD 5.46 million when compared to KWD 10.4 million in the same period last year.

At the stock level, Boubyan Petrochemical closed Wednesday’s session 0.12% lower at 831 fils.
