Mubasher: Al Enmaa Real Estate achieved an increase of 39.07% in profits during the second quarter that ended on 31 April 2018, compared to the same period in the previous year.

Earnings grew to about KWD 276,100 ($915,200) in Q2 ended on 31 April 2018 from nearly KWD 198,500 ($657,900) in the corresponding period in the prior year, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.

In the six months that ended on 31 April 2018, Al Enmaa recorded a surge of 88% in profits to about KWD 702,300 compared to nearly KWD 374,400 in the same six months last year.

The growth in the six-month profits is attributed to an increase of 55% in operating income to nearly KWD 506,500 this year from around KWD 325,900 in the six months that ended on 31 April 2017.

In the first quarter that ended on 31 January, Al Enmaa posted an increase of 142% in profits to around KWD 426,200 from around KWD 175,800 in the same period a year ago.
