Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi economy is expected to see major improvement in the coming period through attracting large foreign investments after its government implemented several economic reforms, head of strategy and emerging markets at UK-based Jupiter Asset Management Ross Teverson said.

The promotion of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as an emerging market (EM) on the Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Index is considered an important step which will positively impact international investments in the kingdom, Teverson added.

On a separate note, the British official said that the anti-corruption probe, which was carried out by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, will bolster the level of transparency when it comes to investments in the Kingdom on the long-term.
