Mubasher: Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) will hold a new auction on 4 July to sell 18 residential plots in different blocks in Abu Fatira area at a premium price of KWD 4.6 million.

This is considered the fourth auction held by REAM since the beginning of 2018, as reported by Al Anba Newspaper.

REAM’s various properties are expected to encourage purchasing in the coming period to boost the real estate market in Kuwait, Al Anba said, according to an official in REAM.
