Mubasher: International Financial Advisors (IFA) announced that its subsidiary, IFA Real Estate Services – Dubai, has completed an agreement to sell an investment valued at KWD 3.6 million ($11.9 million), according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

IFA, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), clarified that this transaction will generate a profit of nearly KWD 541,500 ($1.8 million).

This financial impact will be registered in the income statements of the second quarter of fiscal year 2018.

At the stock level, IFA closed Wednesday’s session 6.25% higher at 102 fils at Boursa Kuwait.
