Cairo – Mubasher: President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi said that the Egyptian government aims to raise the nation's economic growth to 7% in the coming years.
The Arab world's most populous country also started implementing reform programme in a bid to improve the economic situation and achieve robust improvement by carrying out megaprojects, El-Sisi added.
The president further indicated that Egypt’s foreign reserves rose to $44 billion from $15 billion, while growth domestic product (GDP) increased to 5.4%, from 2%.
The Egyptian government aims to boost GPD to 5.8% in fiscal year 2018/2019.
