Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Kuwait Gypsum Manufacturing and Trading will withdraw from the stock exchange on Thursday, 5 July, according to bourse statement on Wednesday.

In January 2018, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has approved the delisting request submitted by Kuwait Gypsum.

Kuwait Gypsum was founded in March 1981 and listed its shares on Boursa Kuwait late September 2006 under the industrial segment.

The company has a capital of KWD 3 million distributed on 30 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
