Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading session with a massive decline for the second session in a row, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets retreated by 0.17%, 0.15%, and 0.21%, respectively.

The telecom segment led nine decliners with 1.25%, the real estate sector went down with over 1%, while the banking segment was the only gainer with 0.24%.

Al Masaken International led the losers with 10.3%, while Bayan Investment headed the winners with 4.61%.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover decreased by 6.9% to KWD 43.21 million on Sunday from KWD 46.41 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew by 32.5% to 140.67 million shares from 208.24 million.

In its first trading session, Integrated Holding was the most active stock on which 23.73 million shares were exchanged at a value of KWD 20.76 million that formed more than 48% of Boursa Kuwait’s total liquidity.

Integrated started Sunday’s session at 900 fils while it closed the session at 841 fils, with 914 fils being the highest price during the session, while 839 fils represented the lowest price for the stock on Sunday.
