Mubasher: Human Soft Holding reported an increase of 9% in profits during the second quarter of 2018, compared to the corresponding period in 2017.
Earnings grew to KWD 6.57 million ($21.73 million) in Q2-18 from KWD 6.03 million ($19.94 million) in Q2-17, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
During the first half of 2018, Human Soft achieved a 9.3% profit hike to KWD 14.4 million, compared to KWD 13.17 million in the same period a year ago.
Human Soft clarified that first-half profit rise is attributed to higher business income.
In H1-18, operating revenues surged by 12.5% to KWD 33.92 million from KWD 30.16 million in H1-17.
At the stock level, Human Soft closed Tuesday’s session 0.08% lower at KWD 3.645.
