Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development has announced the completion of its The Atria residential tower and the commencement of the delivery of units, the company said on Tuesday.

Located in Business Bay, The Atria comprises a 30-storey residential tower and a 31-storey four-star hotel apartment tower.

“The Atria is poised to become an iconic building, taking its place amongst the prestigious towers that Dubai’s skyline is composed of,” Deyaar’s CEO Saeed Al Qatami commented.

Situated on 1.4 square feet, The Atria incorporates 219 residential units including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments – along with three-bedroom duplex options and two luxurious four-bedroom penthouses.
