Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that trading activity on Gulf Franchising Holding will be suspended starting from Tuesday, 31 July 2018.

This suspension will remain until Gulf Franchising completes the procedures of restructuring the company, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

On 8 July, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Gulf Franchising approved reducing the capital to about KWD 949,880 from KWD 3.25 million to offset accumulated losses as on 31 December 2017.
