Mubasher: Tamdeen Investment achieved a leap of 1,738.5% in profits during the second quarter of 2018 compared to the same period in 2017.

Earnings soared to KWD 478,000 ($1.58 million) in Q2-18 from KWD 26,000 ($86,000) in Q2-17, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.

During the first half of 2018, Tamdeen Investment registered a slight increase of 0.4% in profits to KWD 7.998 million compared to KWD 7.995 million in the same half last year.

It is noteworthy that in the first quarter of 2018, Tamdeen Investment posted a decline of 5.7% in earnings to KWD 7.52 million from KWD 7.97 million in the same period in 2017.
