The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of (10,000) ten thousand Saudi Riyals on Arabian Pipes Company duo to its violation of the instructions contained in the Electronic Disclosure Form No. (2). The company failed to provide the CMA with the Electronic Disclosure Form No. (2) within three business days after announcing its annual financial results for the period ending on 31-12-2017.
