Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company has opened a new branch in Egypt.

The branch is the company's 42nd supermarket in the most populous Arab country.

Spanning 430 square metres, the new branch is located in Giza.

The Saudi Arabia-listed company will maintain the realisation of its expansion strategy in Egypt, the firm’s CEO Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Othaim stated on Monday.

The Saudi retailer posted a 4.07% year-on-year increase in net profits for the second quarter of 2018, recording SAR 74.11 million.
