Riyadh – Mubasher: Derayah REIT Fund has announced that it will distribute SAR 19.4 million in cash dividends for unitholders for the third quarter of 2018.

Dividends will be distributed over 107.5 million units, or SAR 0.181 per unit, representing 1.81% of the unit’s initial public offering (IPO) price, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Dividends, that will be paid within 30 days from eligibility date, will be distributed to entitled unitholders of record date on 30 September.

Derayah REIT’s stock inched down 0.5% to close Tuesday’s trading session at SAR 8.04.
