Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Finance (MoF) on Tuesday has announced closing a SAR 4.78 billion ($1.27 billion) tap issue of the sukuk offering with the number (07-2018) under the government SAR-Denominated Sukuk Programme.
The total value of the issuance will be SAR 12.245 billion ($3.26 billion), according to the MoF’s statement.
The issuance was distributed into three tranches, with the first stood at SAR 7.092 billion, with a maturity date in 2023.
The second tranche’s value amounted to SAR 3.005 billion, maturing in 2025, while the third tranches reached SAR 2.148 billion with a maturity date during 2028.
