Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Development has launched its new Camelia townhouses project at Arabian Ranches in Dubai.

Camelia townhouses, located near the access points to the established community, is part of Arabian Ranches II, the local property development unit of Emaar Properties said in a statement.

The “elegantly-designed gated community” is suitable for families and for investors who seek long-term returns, the statement added.

Camelia townhouses feature three and four-bedrooms with spacious balconies and backyard garden that are available at a price starting from AED 1.45 million ($394,705), it noted.

Each townhouse has its own dedicated neighbourhood park with swimming pools for adults and children, kids’ play area, changing room and traditional green-lined sikka corridors, Emaar Development highlighted.

The residential community is located near community parks, barbeque areas, tennis and basketball courts, a retail centre, school and mosque, the company indicated.

The community is also the access to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club and Spa, it stated.

Emaar Development previously posted a 68% year-on-year net profit hike during the first six months of 2018, recording AED 1.82 billion ($496 million).

The company’s revenue skyrocketed 119% in H1-18, registering AED 6.99 billion versus AED 3.19 billion in the year-ago period.

In the first half of the year, Emaar Development’s total sales hit AED 6.23 billion, the Dubai-listed developer revealed.
