Cairo – Mubasher: The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the pioneer outsourcing firm Sutherland Global Services.

The MoU, inked on the sidelines of GITEX Technology Week 2018 held in Dubai, aims at doubling Sutherland’s business in Egypt to create 750 jobs in the field of information technology and communication, state-run news agency MENA reported.

The company offers integrated services to its clients, including customer service and technical support, in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

This comes within the framework of the company’s expansion plan that targets reinforcing its position in the Egyptian market and attracts new customers from the Middle East and Africa.

Under the agreement, Sutherland plans to open a new office in Cairo along with its Alexandria office.
