Dubai - Mubasher: Dnata on Wednesday announced that it has activated the purchase option to acquire 40% of Airport Handling shares, raising its stake in the Milan-based company to 70%.

UAE-based Dnata now has the governing stake in the Italian company, however, the current managing and operating teams are set to resume work as usual.

Dnata was founded in 1959, it has been expanding in international air services provider with over 41,000 employees across 84 countries.
