Mubasher: Gulf Warehousing Group (GWCS) on Monday announced that it has established two new subsidiaries in Qatar, namely Prime Shipping Services and Qontrac Shipping Services, with a total capital of QAR 6 million.

Headquartered in Doha, Prime Shipping Services is a limited liability company, 99% owned by GWC Chemicals, while GWC food Services owned 1%, with a capital of QAR 3 million.

Meanwhile, Qontrac Shipping Services company is 99% owned by GWC Chemicals, while GWC food Services has 1%, with a capital of QAR 3 million. It is headquartered in Doha.

For the first half of 2018, profits of the leading logistics provider in Qatar rose 9.9% to QAR 115.66 million, from QAR 105.26 million in H1-17
