Mubasher: Alrai Media Group will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Wednesday, 7 November, to consider the board’s recommendation of withdrawing from Boursa Kuwait.

Alrai noted that no financial impact will currently reflect on the company’s income statements, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that in the second quarter of 2018, the company’s profits shrank by 45.3% to around KWD 650,880 compared to KWD 1.19 million in the same period a year ago.

Alrai has a capital standing at KWD 23.3 million distributed on 233.04 million shares.
