Dubai – Muabsher: Emaar Properties has unveiled the new Dubai’s Hills Estate residency, called Collective 2.0.

The development has been designed for millennials and young professionals.

The project features one and two-bedroom apartments, whose prices start at AED 664,888 for a one-bedroom flat, the UAE developer said in a statement on Thursday.

Collective 2.0 houses a swimming pool, co-working spaces amongst other several amenities.  

Apartments at the Collective 2.0 are available for sale as of Thursday, 25 October, 2018, Emaar added.

Launched in mid-2013 and situated in Mohammed bin Rashed City, the Dubai Hills Estate project is a collaboration between Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding.

Emaar Properties said the project should be completed by the end of 2020.
