Mubasher: Mezzan Holding Co announced selling a property owned to a fully-owned subsidiary at a total value of KWD 1.225 million ($4.04 million), according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

The Boursa Kuwait-listed company clarified that selling this asset will generate a profit worth about KWD 1,088.

Mezzan noted that the financial impact of selling this real estate asset will be registered in the income statements of the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2018.
