Cairo – Mubasher: Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) is looking to launch its project established on Al Yosr land in Sheikh Zayed for sale in 2019.

The final regulations approved by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) regarding the land plot will allow the company to complete the general work of the project, the real estate firm said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

It is noteworthy that the land plot, owned by SODIC through its subsidiary Al Yosr for Projects, spans 300 acres in Western Cairo.

SODIC was previously awarded a 500-acre land in Sheikh Zayed to develop a full-fledged urban project.
