TASI drops, Nomu stable early Thursday
The capital good sector levelled down 0.96%

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Thursday with a negative performance after its benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 8.3 points, or 0.11%, to 7,651.6 points.

By 10:35 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 18 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 358.66 million through 17,400 transactions.

The capital good, materials, telecommunication services, and banking sectors levelled down 0.96%, 0.37%, 0.34%, and 0.11%, respectively.

On the other hand, the consumer durables and apparel sector rose 1.54%, while the consumer services sector increased by 1.3%.

The Saudi Industrial Export Company’s (SIEC) stock led losers with 9.95%, whereas Al Sorayai Trade and Industrial Group’s stock was the best performer with 6%.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu secondary market, remained unchanged at 2,432.8 points.
