(240) and unanimously decided to appoint Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Shamikh (non-executive) as Chairman of the Board and to appoint Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hujailan (Independent Member) as Vice-Chairman, effective from the date of the decision at its meeting, the board also approved the restructuring of the Executive Committee.
