Riyadh - Mubasher: Sahara Petrochemical Company announced on Wednesday the distribution of cash dividends for the second half of 2018.

The company’s board of directors decided that it will distribute a total of SAR 219.4 million in dividends at 5% or SAR 0.5 per share for the number of eligible shares standing at 438.795 million shares.

Shareholders who are registered in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) at the end of the second trading day following the General Assembly Meeting will be eligible for the dividends.

Both dates for the General Assembly Meeting and the dividend distribution will be announced later.
