Mubasher: The German parliament (Bundestag) will provide a grant of EUR 10 million to finance the completion of Atun Museum in Minya.

The head of the museum Elham Salah said that the agreement comes as a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Antiquities and the German government, with the coordination of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cairo Scene reports.

Work on the pyramid-shaped museum had initially started in 2002, and after the political unrest following the 2011 uprising, it was resumed in 2015.
