Mubasher: Mezzan Holding Co announced that its board member Moutasem Jassim Al Wazzan has bought 25,000 shares during Wednesday’s session.

Al Wazzan has purchased this stake at a total of KWD 14,250 or 570 fils per share, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

Mezzan has a capital of KWD 31.13 million distributed on about 311.3 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
