Mubasher: Warba Bank announced that the subscription for its capital was fully covered, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The Kuwaiti sharia-compliant lender noted that it will not offer shares for subscription to non-shareholders.
It is noteworthy that Warba Bank’s capital subscription is valued at KWD 90 million ($296 million).
