Mubasher: Integrated Holding Co announced that its deputy chairman and CEO Jassim Mustafa Boodai has sold an equity in the company on Monday through ownership transfer.

Boodaai has sold 11.05 million shares in Integrated Holding, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday

The deputy chairman owns the largest equity of 24.4% in the company which has a capital standing at KWD 22 million distributed on 220 million shares.

At the stock level, Integrated Holding closed Wednesday’s session 0.23% lower at 859 fils.
